The brand needed a creative, inviting and practical way to store returning customers into their system. A brown leather book, with front button snap and loose pages, was developed for store staff to register the customer's contact in a more personal manner.
In the same way, customer's cards were developed for clients to keep a record of the style of their choice and the person helping them, making the next visit a more familiar and friendly one.
