I've wanted to try Windows 3.1 pixel art style for quite some time now, but I've never had a subject that I thought could work well with it.

Then, the 25th anniversary of Seinfeld came up, I've watched the show again and naturally, fell in love with it again, and I figured that the sheer amount of stuff that happens in the show would work well if represented as some of my favorite Seinfeld moments, each captured in an old Windows-style icon.
Not to mention, at least half of the show happened at the time when Windows 3.1 was still relevant. (I do realize most of you would expect the iconic Windows 95 style instead, but with the full-color pallette it just wouldn't be as challenging to me).

I've been working on this project for most of 2014 on and off and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
The biggest challenge was, surprisingly, the Windows pallette itself. It has no actual brown, or orange, so don't be surprised at the amount of that nondescript poopy-brown color I've had to use.
This isn't supposed to be a complete collection of the absolute best moments that have happened on Seinfeld, merely some of my favorite ones. Besides, a lot of my favorite jokes simply wouldn't make for interesting icons.

I should also note that this is a pretty liberal representation of the Windows 3.1 UI, I'm definitely not using the real margins/spacing, nor do I think you can actually use Comic Sans for UI elements in Win 3.1 (I think that only became possible with the Windows 95 themes), but I just had to use it, because c'mon.

With that said, I hope you enjoy scrolling through these!
