Logo concept for a Consulting Company consulting those who want to start a business that teachs, coaches, and/or trainers others in some aspect. They help create systems, structures, tools, and processes that helps run the business side of their business. They also consult on how to be an entrepreneur and still take care of yourself and your spiritual side, and how to respect the needs of your personal path and balance those with the needs of your business.
They wanted a logo that was Traditional yet Hip, Warm yet Vibrant, Zen yet Playful, and Professional yet Approachable. The concept they had in mind was of a woman peeking out from behind a buddha. I decided she should be whisering in the Buddha's ear to represent the consulting aspect of the company. She also is giving a thumbsup gesture as if signaling that she is giving good advise or that she is offering encouraging words to the Buddha. If I did a redesign of this project I would work on the wordmark portion since it feels a little flat and blah.
