Logo concept for Durham Elementary School. They wanted a simple "sport team" type of illustration/logos (e.g. Denver Broncos, Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens, Jacksonville Jaguars, etc), school colors are blue (more royal blue vs. navy) and yellow. The road runner is the schools mascot.
