Embarking on their first retail store, The Herbalist approached Tait to create a brand identity. Already with a loyal customer following, the brief was for a contemporary and approachable identity with an emphasis on welcoming Chinese medicine novices to the store.
 
To help the clients achieve this goal, we created a concept that not only welcomed new customers but also embraced devoted eastern medicine enthusiasts. The Herbalist has a clean, calm identity with an emphasis on education for everyone. The minimalist store concept, similar to that of a retreat, is a space where customers can relax, explore and learn.
