    Students being arrested by the police and then just disappearing from the face of the earth. On September 26 a number of 43 students were kidnapped and have been missing ever since. They have become Mexico's flag of protest. A country that is tired of violence, corruption and impunity. Read Less

Los estudiantes son detenidos por la policía y luego simplemente desaparecen de la faz de la tierra.
Se descubren fosas comunes con decenas de cadáveres no identificados.
El 26 de septiembre un grupo de estudiantes, para ser maestros, de la Escuela Rural Normal Raúl Isidro Burgos en Ayotzinapa, Guerrero se involucró con un enfrentamiento con la policía municipal y federal en Iguala, donde murieron 6 personas.
43 estudiantes fueron secuestrados y están desaparecidos desde entonces. Se han convertido en bandera de la protesta de México. Un país que está cansado de la violencia, la corrupción y la impunidad.
Las 43 siluetas, de la escena del crimen, conforman la silueta de México.
El gis, además de aludir al los trazos en una escena del crimen, fue utilizado también en homenaje al hecho de que eran estudiantes por convertirse en maestros.

On September 26 a number of students, to become teachers, from the Raúl Isidro Burgos Normal School in Ayotzinapa, Guerrero were involved with a confrontation with the municipal and federal police in Iguala, where 6 people died.
43 students were kidnapped and have been missing ever since. They have become Mexico's flag of protest.
A country that is tired of violence, corruption and impunity. 
The 43 silhouettes, of the crime scene, conform Mexico's shape. The chalk used also honors their study to become teachers.
