Behind the Seams: Mary Quant is an exhibition for the Victoria and Albert Museum. This exhibition focused on the life, design, and international influence of Mary Quant, a fashion designer who was well known for popularising the "Chealsea Look" in the Swinging Sixities.

I designed the logo and branding elements, the illustrations, the exhibition
poster, tickets, postcards, and signage.
Quant's designs played a key role in leading a movement that would forever change the role of women in society.  Her designs, which included the mini skirt, go-go boots, and pantyhose, liberated women from having to keep dressing like their mothers.

With this in mind, I designed the women in the illustrations to look very strong and independent, bold and sassy - to look as though they are taking back control over thier bodies and clothing.
