An In-Depth View of the Used Car Buying Process
 
A North-American automobile auction company contacted Nurun with the request for a qualitative study aimed at better understanding the dealers' buying and selling process. With this request in mind we designed an ethnographic study to uncover the processes and social networks embedded in dealers’ experience of buying cars at auctions, as well as the attendant emotions, and how these come together to inform short and long term strategies for our client.
