Envisioning the future of news consumption
 
The message is clear: print newspapers are becoming obsolete. But the question remains as to how people really consume news digitally, particularly within the mobile realm. Within this scenario, we designed an ethnographic study to help a Canadian news outlet understand their consumers’ changing needs, and generate insights for the design of future mobile news consumption offerings.
