De Ideale Connectie is a central organization linking local governments, knowledge institutes and businesses in Midden-Brabant together. Its goal is to strengthen the economy of the region and to make this strength visible to national and international partners.

 

To deepen the program's focus points of Leisure, Logistics and Life Sciences, a number of roundtable meetings with key players in the area were organized. Questions among others were: How can innovative textiles produced in this region contribute to spatial quality? How can health institutes work together to enable people to stay home at old age? How can several leisure companies along a single road organize traffic flows, or thematize the road itself?
