The conceptualization phase went smoothly, thanks to a colorful logo by Tin Tanyag Salvador and a watercolor theme that was used on the official website of the town.

 

We also wanted to incorporate the various symbols associated with the town locally: Saint Vincent Ferrer, their fresh water fish industry (most especially catfish or "hito"), their municipal building, and their 8km long fish grill that broke a Guinness World Record.
