Ontario in the Creative Age

In 2009, another great opportunity came up to work on a collaborative project with the amazing folks at the Martin Prosperity Institute - The people currently championing Democratic Capitalism.
 
The Canadian province of Ontario was looking at the work Richard Florida did in "The Rise of the Creative Class" and was quickly realizing that that it doesn't have the right infrastructure to help it adapt and accommodate this change, not to mention the financial crisis that was brewing at the time. 
 
This was an incredibly interesting project with people from more backgrounds than I can count. We worked tirelessly as a team to define the project parameters and bring together the research that was needed to inform the design of a strategy for the province to be better prepared for the future.
