All invited guests received an invitation in the mail printed on a textured cardstock. The invitation accompanied an RSVP card designed to resemble a golf score sheet.

At the check in, guests first received their name tag.

All guests were given a numbered raffle ticket. The tickets were drawn after the dinner portion of the event for prizes such as golf equipment, an all-in-one fryer, flat screen TVs, and more. Guests were also given the opportunity to purchase magic putts or mulligans with proceeds going to Easter Seals.

Each guest also received a goodie bag upon entering the event. Each goodie bag contained an event itinerary, bluetooth speaker, snacks, golf balls, and golf tees.

Each goodie bag included an itinerary to inform guests of the time of each event.

In each goodie bag, guests received branded golf tees and golf balls.

All attendees were sent a hand-written thank you note from our CEO as well as a magnetized picture frame with his or her picture in it.
