During 2013 i was assigned to make a fidelization tool.
 
Problem: Sales people in Construction Industry need real samples of the product what they sells, but there´s a lot of productos and it was very common that client loose it. 
 
Solution: Create a sample package that contains all product samples inside, and we include a brand sketchbook as a gift and a portfolio with all projects that company made during 39 years. these two last tools with teh purpose to increase  the "top of mind" of the Brand.
 
Result: We launch This sample kit during "expoconstrucción" on Bogotá and the results was inmediattely:  all clients want to have one of the Exiplast Sample kits at least in their offices. On 2013  the demand is so high that Exiplast decide to sell this toolkits even to his oldest clients.

Sample kit was designed to be easy to carry on everywhere, its weight is around 1kg so its easy to consult its information in builds on construction, design offices even cafes.
