The Customer Experience chart shown here represents a high-level view of how a customer deals with GTEI presently. Upon closer examination, stakeholders at GTEI could easily see where the issues were and where the company need to move towards improving delivery of products and services and customer support. It was extremely well received and is constantly used as a reference tool in the current initiative between AGENCY.COM and GTEI.
