Nova Bus presented a mandate which consisted of conceiving a mechanical system that would immobilize a wheelchair inside a bus while in movement in an urban environment. The solution that I proposed is a metallic rod possessing two functions. Its first function consists of securing the wheelchair horizontally during traveling and its second consists of simultaneously offering two  support rods for passengers within the vehicle. The product is hence in constant use and lets the passengers exploit its potential to its fullest.

I also had to think about a mechanism that would allow a good use of the product

I had the opportunity to work with disabled people through the project in order to create a concept as efficient as possible.
