The project was about reviewing the art of cutlery presentation.  It was conceived for the HEC project, an event in which we had to conceive and produce a product within 5 weeks. Rethinking the art of presenting a table’s contents the feel is unique as you lift the utensils from the wood slice. It offers an innovative way of presenting utensils while remaining elegant.

The cutlery holder is made of a curved stainless steel sheet, filled with small magnets and covered of varnished walnut. While remaining washable by hands, it offers to the user a magic touch and a mystery behind its use.

Sold in packs of four pieces, they are stackables for putting them away when dinner time is over. The magnets will keep them together, adding to the magic of the product.
