2050 isn't far any more yet it's going to bring us a lot of change; a change in materials, in planning priorities, in implementation methods, in values of comfortable living, and in architectural scene that is going to reflect back changing our lives. Since the beginning of the millennium Damascus as well as several underdeveloped cities in Syria has made a lot of vital plans to improve the quality of its architectural and urban scene. This concluded distributing several investment opportunities in the urban sector. One of the most vital projects was the so called Diar Damascus which vision to develop a new city center that can render an imprint image of modern Damascus as well astonishing as the image of the old, ancient image.
