Artist and designer Hasret Brown creates art inspired by traditional Islamic geometric patterns. She required a website to showcase her work, including workshops, commissions and bespoke design. We also organised a photographic shoot of her studio. The design was purposely kept clean and minimal to allow her artwork be the main focus of attention.

 

The website incorporates responsive design which provides an optimal viewing experience - easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling - across a wide range of devices including smart phones, tablets and desktop computer monitors.

 

In addition, the website was built with a content management system. This allows the client to fully update her site by herself. Whether she needs to upload new pieces of art, add workshops and events or edit existing information, it is simply a case of logging into the backend of the website and making changes in a matter of minutes.
