A project about the vast amount of food that is transported all around the
globe to
get somewhere – and is therefore a lifetime tourist.

An exhibition in 2010. It was designed to made you see, how much food is being transported into austria - so that we all have the insane diversity of foods to our hands.

The Top 10 import nations (those who shipped the most to austria), where presented - each on a single poster, where a typical proverb and a short description of the nation and its habits where stated.

additional to just these posters, the import nations where shown on islands, made of folded paper. Every nation was represented through a handmade traditional dish.

We tried to keep it very abstract - the shapes and the colours as well - because the main point was not to focus on one typical dish, but on what it stands for – the nation. Of course, this means we just played the stereotypical 'appearance'.
