The site is a small steep lot sloping to the lake. Only its upper part features a wonderful sight to the lake and the nearby castle. The two proposals aim to develop a settlement principle that exploits this magnificent view. The first scheme articulates the living spaces around few split levels that spiral up to a wide terrace: a studio at the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room, a living room, two bedrooms and a wide terrace facing the lake eventually equipped with jacuzzi. The second scheme features a single floor on pilotis, containing the rooms grouped around a patio, and a wide roof garden with barbecue and a small pool. Read Less
