This documentary tells the story of legendary web designer & pioneer Jeffrey Zeldman. We set out to make a definitive film that covered all aspects of his life as well as his contributions to the web design community. With this in mind, I made the decision to actually incorporate voices from the community into the film, helping to provide context and depth to his story. In order to fully take people back to the early days of the web, I shot b-roll of an old CRT monitor displaying old websites in order to set the appropriate visual context for the film.

 

The film has been well recieved and had over 19k views in it's first month on Vimeo.
