    Creative direction, design and development for the Global Medical Direct Rewards Program launch. The challenge was to launch a patient retention program that would also capture email addresses for a huge database of existing customers. I was in charge of the creative management of the team that developed user experience and interface designs for the website as well as brochure, membership card and logo. Read Less

The brochure and membership card were sent out to current members of Global Medical Direct. This directed them to the Rewards program landing page, where they are prompted to fill out a short registration form.
