Main Idea: The main concept guiding the visual identity for Sheppard Property was to create an atmosphere of "comfort and convenience." The goal was to emphasize that Sheppard Property cares about its tenants and values their individuality. Lightness, friendliness, and warmth were the main visual components of the style.
