When I started at Haro I was tasked with making the ads stand out from the normal editorial shots that filled the pages. I picked a large red header and the riders signature to differentiate the ads.
Ryan Nyquist Megaramp Ad - It was very difficult to show how big this ramp is in one still photo. In order to provide scale I incorporated multiple images from the sequence.
Seth Klinger Ad - This shot does not do Seth justice to the fact that he is about to land the bike backwards on this ramp.
Dennis Enarason Ad - The beauty of being able to talk directly to the athletes you are making these ads for is that they give you direct feedback to make sure the "core" factor remains in tact. Dennis had some input on my first cropping of this image and helped to make it perfect.
Dennis "DMC" McCoy Ad - Dennis hadn't ridden as a sponsored athlete for quite some time and was asked to come back and ride on the Haro team.
X-Games Win Ad - Ryan Nyquist and Pat Casey with the silver and bronze.
Haro Anniversary Ad - Ryan Nyquist had reached a huge milestone of being on the Haro team for 15 years.
