「Le Goût 樂葵法式鐵板燒」概念靈感源於法式料理的精髓——醬汁。如同醬汁為每道料理增添層次和風味一樣,外部空間以雙層圓弧流線的造型和結構,表現出層次和藝術感,同時構築空間焦點,讓賓客能投入鐵板料理主廚的烹飪技藝。

材質運用則以天然石材、與雋永的生態軟板回應料理主打概念:尊重自然食材原始風味,並融合天花板率性俐落的鐵件結構,以及薄如紗網的鐵網,彰顯時尚精緻的現代氣息,體現法式料理精神「醬汁」的靜態與動態意象。​悉心打造的元素,賦予空間藝術的獨特魅力與高雅品味。這裡不僅是用餐之所,更是大廚們展現匠心獨運的藝術舞台。我們彷彿走進充滿優雅與生動的藝術盛宴,感受著空間溢滿的情感與美好時光。


Le Goût Nanshan, designed by Muuk Design Associate, showcases a chic, modern aesthetic with a palette of off-white and stainless steel. Inspired by the essence of French sauces, the design features streamlined, double-layered structures that enhance the space‘s artistic depth and highlight the chef’s culinary expertise.

Natural stone and eco-friendly materials underscore a commitment to natural flavors, complemented by sleek ironwork and delicate mesh for a contemporary touch.
