During the last three years of my studies, I've worked as a graphic designer in the marketing department of Rosan Ltd, the official and exclusive distributor of Bombardier recreational vehicles in Russia. Our team collaborated with over 150 smaller companies across the country to distribute support materials through press, point of sale, and exhibitions. This hands-on experience has given me a strong understanding of marketing guidelines and strategies.
We developed guidelines for our dealers to implement nationwide. Here's an example. Please bear in mind that this was in 2005, in Russia. Negotiating compromises was sometimes necessary.
Smaller companies also commissioned us for the production of their own support materials, which often involved photoshooting, brand identity design, and adaptation for magazines and brochures.
