Concrew is the organization behind Desucon. Concrew is comprised of over a hundred volunteers, who strive and work hard to create fantastic events based around the Japan-, sci-fi- and fantasy fandom. 

 

Concrew wishes to show and profile the feeling of backstage at a concert, the roadies who make it all happen. The people who do work behind the scenes, and brings out the magic.

 

The buttons work as an "achievement-system" internally. They represent positive feats the crew can do, and also gives them something tangible they can wear on their shirts to be proud of.
