Pain relief ads are all the same, overly exaggerated and almost unreal people holding their back or their head, wincing, with a red dot marking the spot where they feel pain. But the truth is that we also find pain in many stupid daily accidents: bumping into sharp corners, stepping on stuff, stubbing our toes. And it hurts, oh Lord it does, but after a few seconds we only think of 2 things: A. Where is the Panadol? and B. Who the heck put that object there?
