GWWO recently worked with Anne Arundel County to provide designs for the revitalization of Southgate Elementary School, which had not undergone any significant modifications since it was built in 1969.  This effort, which was completed in 2010, created a facility with a State-rated capacity of 656 students, increased from the current 479 students.  The design team developed a phasing plan for the construction of the project that allowed the students and staff to remain on-site throughout the entire construction period.
