The design of the apartment was developed for a young man who was constantly traveling around the world. The main concept was to create the apartment as a cozy base where he could always return to after long trips. In addition, it was necessary to maximize the integration of dressing rooms and a guest bedroom with a bathroom. Given the periodic visits of the client's friends, special attention was paid to the living room. In its center is placed a cozy soft zone with a circular bypass, and the composition is complemented by a contrasting dome-shaped ceiling, reaching a height of 5 meters at the highest point.
The style of the apartment combines respect for the history of the building with the use of modern furniture and materials.
On the floor is laid oak parquet with individual patterns, and on the walls there is natural marble. The overall color palette of the project is quite restrained, but deep shades emphasize the client's character.
