This apartment for a young man is located in the business center of Kiev in a modern high-rise building overlooking the Pechersk hills.
The task was to create a modern apartment in which the client will spend his free time from work and travels around the world. The general style of the design was chosen to be modern luxury. The client wanted to make his apartment no one left indifferent, but at the same time, the space gave a sense of comfort and coziness.
Oak, brass, marble and graphite mirrors make up the basic materials of the project. Axor bathroom fixtures, upholstered furniture from minotti and giorgetti fill the space of the apartment. All the cabinet furniture was made by local manufacturers based on the sketches of the author of the project.
The project uses a large number of different sources of light, which emphasize the architectural lines of the project and create a wonderful perception in the evening. For convenience, all the lights and communications are connected to the smart home system.
The apartment demonstrates a rigorous approach to architectural design combined with high quality materials and luxury furniture.
The apartment consists of a large common area which includes a sofa area, kitchen area and dining area. The hall area is separated from the checkroom by a sliding system, behind the checkroom are the utility room. The master area has a separate dressing room and bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a separate shower room. A guest bathroom is also present in the common room.
