Palmers Gardenworld Miramar

The Mirimar Palmers Garden Centres current physical store and online experience required analyse and improving. As a team we created recommendations for the brand that enhanced their Palmers experience. 
 
We created an app called 'Green Thumb' which was designed for beginners gardeners, where users could join the Palmers community, ask for advice from Palmers experts, become a Graden Expert, and sign up or sugest workshops within the Palmers store space.
 
We also wanted to push the Palmers 'experts' within the store, as these employees were passionate about their particular interests and wanted to share their knowledge. We did this by creating identifying t-shirts and lanyards so they would stand out.
 
We also created a new layout for the outside area, that would best showcase Palmers as the place to go for planting and landscpae needs. The best to do this was to make the area into a fully useable community garden and interactive environment. The garden would have all the products that Palmers sells, with easy to find information on how to use it/where to plant etc. Workshops and events could also be held there.
