getCurious platform redesign

Brief
​​​​​​​getCurious (formerly Userstudy) is a SAAS platform that helps make user research easier, faster, and more affordable. They work with teams of various sizes, primarily helping product designers and PMs conduct unmoderated research at scale. 

With feedback from their existing clients, A&Co was approached to revamp the getCurious platforms - to improve usability and visual appeal in line with their rebrand.
This redesign aimed to optimize the client-facing web platform, which serves as a hub for setting up, recruiting participants, and launching research studies; as well as a few aspects of the participant-side platform (web and mobile), which is used by recruited participants to engage with products and wireframes, and share their feedback.
Problem statement
Improve the visual design, focusing on usability of the platform, making it easier to use even for users who are unfamiliar with setting up and conducting user research (eg. designers and product managers)
The process involved multiple rounds of iterations based on testing and user feedback for each of the features.
The revamp was launched, with significant improvements to the process of creating, recruiting for, launching and tracking the performance of research studies.
We also worked on bringing powerful features, such as Ai powered study creation, AI moderated studies, summaries and insights, to make user research easier than ever.
