Sveta Grigorjeva is a young estonian-russian author. Her poetry is multilayered, where punk attitude and irony meets vulnerability.
It was quite obvious that this collection of poems needed a form that would express its contents, a form that would not rely on the graphic decoration.
Thus, old soviet book covers were torn apart and glued on the block, leaving the spine of the book exposed.
The cover text is printed with letterpress. As a result, each copy of this hand-bound and hand-torn book is unique.
The book binding and preparation of the old covers was conducted with the help of volunteers (including the author herself!) and the Estonian Printing Museum.
The book was selected among the 25 most beautiful Estonian books of 2013
