We merged the Digital art with Spirituality, as we turned the humongous central facade of Swaminarayan temple Bhuj into a canvas with screen augmentation to Celebrate 200 years(Dwishatabdi) of the temple with 3D projection mapping narrating the epic saga of divinity, tradition, and cultural rebirth.
Established in 1822, This temple is dedicated to the Narnarayan dev of the Swaminarayan Sect, standing as an emblem of spiritual heritage and architectural splendor. Intricate designs of this sacred place withstood the test of time, including the devastating earthquake of 2001. The reconstruction brought back its original glory and now it stands as a beacon of faith, devotion, and cultural unity across the globe.
The project objective was to craft a cosmic visual journey filled with intricate digital art. We fulfilled this extremely enriching yet tricky show by starting the narrative that begins with the cosmic era of Kaliyuga, gripping the viewers with the divine saga of Lord Swaminarayan and the foundation of the Swaminarayan sect, further elevating this engrossing narrative with traditional motifs in digital art. The aim was to depict the temple’s spiritual legacy, the transformational meeting of Nilkant Varni and Sadguru Ramanand Swami and the construction of this monumental edifice, all of which was incorporated in visual narrative with the perfection of the highest order that showcased the one-of-a-kind devotion and celebratory show.

Ideation sketches & Concept visuals
We made sure that the geographical theme interspersed with the Cultural theme, along with the historical style, we merged the traditional crafts of Bhuj to make the show culturally rich with indigenous artisans’ crafts. The culmination of it became the soul of the show, a rooted narrative with global visual appeal.
