The apartment is located in a block of flats realized in the years 1967 - 1973, according to the design of trio Skoček, Konček, Titl. The overall concept of the mass breakdown of residential houses, its acceptable scale, sensitive installation into the ground, working with the public or semi-public space around a plastic, almost sculptural approach to shaping materials are extremely attractive. 

Requirement of the client was illuminates - open space apartment and how to solve insufficient sanitary facilities and Disposition. 

The apartment is oriented north-south. The daily zone is separated from the perfect night sanitation facilities. Client request has been made possible by demolition of dividing a full glass walls of the entrance hall, living room and kitchen. Flat area is enlarged, the entry part of the flat is sunlited. Sanitation facilities will be newly constructed to correspond to the requirements of the client. Bedroom and wardrobe (children's room) space remains unchanged.

After entering the apartment opens up to a generous space. On the right side there is a kitchen with multifunction counter serving food preparation and dining. on the eastern side is located the living room area, which is as kitchen, generously sunlited. On the south facade is located loggia providing enough space for pleasant stay. On the opposite site of the entrance door is a dining table with a library that creates a regular grid. In the middle of the apartment is located bathroom with toilet and wardrobe. Corridor, created by this layout creates a filter between day and night zone of the apartment. Rooms that are in the northern part of the apartment remain unchanged as well as flooring in them (oak parquet). In addition to these premises, flooring in the rest of the flat is made by white epoxy, as well as in the bathroom and toilet.
