Keeping an eye on the world

My last retail design project in collaboration with and for Equipe S.r.l.

This optical store is long and narrow.
On the left wall are mounted a series of lacquered panels with crystal shelves with LED lights on the back, interspersed by mirror panels.
At the center of the wall there is a red focal point with two niches.
The professional area is constituted by a desk with top and shoulder in wooden laminated finish and a writing desk which is entirely made of tempered glass.
On the right wall there are shelves in shaped anodized aluminium, a display panel for ophthalmic products in the same finish as the top of the professional desk, with glass shelves, and a display panel for the most famous griffes.
Behind the professional area there are a battery of drawers, with wooden laminated top and lacquered fronts.
On this wall, there are some images: a panoramic photo in black and white which the client wanted to keep, but asked to find a new position inside the shop, and two artworks I took from two of my favourite artists' portfolios, and which I used only for for the purpose of rappresentation on the views. I invite you to visit their amazing portfolios here: Aneta Ivanova and Luis Marino Gonzales.
The entrance of the store is through a singular gallery, which is treated as a real open-air exhibition room: in this solution there are two shop windows with glass doors that open which are provided with a lacquered panel on the back on which you can freely insert shelves, mirrors and images.
I also designed an alternative version for these particular shop windows, with suspended crystal boxes and shelves.
