Repair examinations

In September it all starts over again. I've always felt it as the true first month of the year. But it's worth finding the time to make some observations with clear mind before plunging headlong in the commitments. I speak especially to traders, to which I propose a fun experiment: take your camera, download photos of the sea (or wherever you went on vacation) on your PC. Now grab your device with free memory, exit the store and start taking pictures, starting from the window, trying to capture what would see a potential customer willing to enter into your store. You do not need to be a professional: just snap some random pictures walking from the window to the interior of the store. Go back to your PC. Look at your holiday photos to relax a moment. Take a deep breath. Now look at your last photographic reportage. Be hyper- critical and strict with yourself: try to figure out if it is digital noise or dust or dirt when you look at shop window pictures, if the bluish color of the advertising images depends on the ambient light or if it is the deterioration due to sunlight. The display wall does not display well because of low contrast and poorly exposed photos or it is indeed poorly lit and not so attractive? Ask yourself if it would be better to hide somewhere those damn empty boxes (or rather throw them away), if the workbench should not be reorganized because it seems the Knife grinder's table. At this point you can make a clear judgment on the various functional areas that make up your store: promote or reject them. It is not a bad idea to start a gradual renewal, step by step, of your shop starting just from those areas that have not convinced you at all. Remember: what you have just seen and analyzed carefully is what costumers see absently, but they will always feel instinctively an irrational guilt at the time of purchase ("I really need this?"). It would be appropriate to balance this feeling with sensory experience and sales fulfilling, maybe procured from your own store, designed by professionals to convey that extra "something", which is essential to ensure a feeling of satisfaction and belonging. Be inspired by fragments of project I show you below.
