Cartoons & Comics
The two images you see here above are apart of a series of t-shirt graphics I am working on to define and show the meaning of common Chicano Spanish terms used around the house. The first being "chones" (underwear) and the second being the "chancla" (slipper of sandal).
A fine art tribute to my favorite cartoon Character, Kid Goku.
A logo for the footwear seller, Big Foot Ballers. A progression from sketch concept to full delivery.
The Cranky Day and The Joy Boy are two opposing stories of how a young man's day differs from cranky impulse to joyful exuberance. I used this to communicate to my son how his behavior impacted his grandfather and parents on a tough day. We worked together to make The Joy Boy as an alternative to show a better way to accept help and to be resilient.
These are a handful of gifts I've made for friends and loved ones.
Above are cartoons/ illustrations that I drew for my clothing line with clear inspirations but original in execution and concept.
My previous office had an annual Christmas decorating contest and I always enjoyed bringing in movie themes and printing them out after digitally rendering them.
Custom pieces and portraits drawn entirely from reference. (No AI, Tracing, or Filters)
Portraits made up of many drawings as you zoom in. These were done from 2009-2010 in my last years of high school as they were my first commissioned works.
Random high school doodles and works.
