Logan Plant rock band singer from Sons of Albion and son of super rock god Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin decided to brew some beer back in 2011

"I got dragged around loads of pubs. By my old man. Enduring many a beer garden. When I got to the age of 18 or 19, I started going out with my friends, and inevitably got into the beer. All of a sudden we found ourselves making a pilgrimage every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, to certain pubs to drink certain beers.”- Logan Plant.
"There are times I sit at home and chat to my kids about the days they used to come in after school and shout at me because I’d made such a mess and the house stank of malt and boiling hops. That was only 4 years ago. It’s been an amazing journey. One that I look back on with utter wonder and amazement. It’s been a very joyous, emotional ride."
Whether it’s Hackney Wick or Bermondsey you can hardly move in London without stumbling over a microbrewery these days. And the popularity of craft beer means some of them are not quite so micro.

Since Logan Plant started home-brewing in his kitchen he has had to move three times to accommodate his growing business. From its first home in the kitchen of Duke’s Brew and Que in Hackney, Beavertown brewery has increased its production almost tenfold and relocated, via a stint on Fish Island, to an 11,000 sq ft space in Tottenham Hale.

Plant says: “To go from my kitchen to Duke’s and then to brewing at the current site and exporting to 20 countries in just three-and-a-half years is a pretty big jump.”

It should be noted that he is from ambitious stock, being the son of Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant, and his love of beer was born from growing up in the Black Country.“Dad dragged me around the pubs when I was a kid and now we drink together and love beer together. In the Black Country the pub is an extension of the home.”

Now Plant, 36, is based in Kensal Rise with his wife and two children. - R. Sigee, 2015 - Evening Standard,
Both Nick and Logan Asked Isaac to smash out a style that compliments and reflects the youthful and energetic nature of the brewery.
So this is what they did:
