An existing Fortune 500 Company, MGM Mirage International, is opening a new branch in Philadelphia. RiverView, a resort development company, is developing a boardwalk and pier that will serve as a recreation and entertainment district on the Philadelphia waterfront.  MGM Mirage International was researched to develop a program of needs for the new corporate headquarters.  MGM Mirage International has committed to using sustainable building materials and techniques and to improving the wellness of their employees.
