This vinyl record design is inspired primarily by the environmental issues currently occuring in Canada. From the destruction of our forests to the expansion of our already large sand dunes, it seems that nature has lost its priority in our nation.
Rust and Bone is a fictional band. Their main motive is using punk rock to spread the message to Canadians about our environmental issues. The actual graphic design of this vinyl is inspired by the grunge style. This can be seen in the typography being used as an actual image with meaning as opposed to being used for reading purposes.
