CLASSIC RE-EDITION - BOOK COVER REDESIGN
A redesign of Robert Louis Stevenson’s The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, aiming to create an eye-catching cover using only graphic elements and typography. Red and green were chosen not only for their contrasting and complementary effect, but also because they captures a dark mood and reflect some elements in the story.
The type lockup is a mix of sans serif and italicized serif to portray a sense of conflict and struggle, embodying the visual keywords: Division, Contrast, and Raw.
