CONCEPT
The residential complex is located in Kyiv, surrounded by low-rise residential construction, which dictated the terraced shape of the building.
On the lower level there is a commercial area, on the next floors there are offices. From levels 5 to 23 there are residential apartments separated on the 18th floor by a green terrace which residents can use as a recreational area.
