Olivier lives in a small village, Arville. One day he notices a strange incident on a neighbour's property and finds ancient chests with an unusual emblem: two riders sitting on one horse. With his other neighbour, Amanda, he found himself involved in a true detective story.
'Detectives from Arville' is a series of three books about teenagers, who investigate mysteries and haunt for treasures. The original series by Florian Dennisson (Histoires étranges) was translated and published in Russia in 2023.
I was asked to illustrate book covers, preserving the atmosphere of creepy secrets and breathtaking mysteries, and to create 12 black and white vignettes as chapter headers.
