Impactful Robots
Watbots' autonomous robots aim to address two of the biggest environmental issues in the fish farming industry: algae growth and autonomous net inspection to prevent fish from escaping. Our task was to create a show-stopping video that would capture attention and excite investors.
The goal of the film was to significantly standing out in the industry and creating a buzz around the product and brand. It was used to set the mood when presenting and promoting the concept to potential buyers. This promotion was crucial for the pre-sale stage, which aimed to raise capital before the product was even finished. Although the product wasn't produced when we made the film, it needed to both explain the concept and sell the product effectively, demonstrating it in an exciting and engaging way.
We aimed to create a modern, elegant sci-fi feel with an unconventional, vibrant color palette that exudes sexiness. The project involved creating two parallel universes; a digital one, and a semi-realistic one, all merged beautifully. We started with an abstract concept, using particles to illustrate dirt. The challenge was to visualize something typically perceived as dirty and unattractive, like algae, in an interesting and appealing way.
The Watbots team was extremely pleased with the film. Their positive feedback underscored our commitment to surpassing expectations. Furthermore, the film we created was not just well-received, but it also played a crucial role in spearheading a successful pre-sale campaign.
