The firm wanted to improve its account opening process for individual investing clients. The cumbersome application process heavily relied on paperwork, and the existing online application had high abandonment rates.
In my role as UX writer and content strategist, I:
• mapped out user journey from educational/service pages (“Account Finder”) through the application process to account funding
• crafted on-page content, field descriptions, error messages, conditional fields, and microcopy for all screens
• upheld web accessibility standards in modal headings, field descriptions, and page elements.
• curated and wrote dynamic content pieces for sidebar FAQs and placeholder content in dashboards and modals
