The redesign of the butcher shop was carried out with the aim of highlighting the premium nature of the brand and stimulating sales growth.
The redesign touched not only the appearance of the store, but also its name, logo, slogan, packaging, and advertising. The redesign was based on research into the needs and preferences of the target audience, as well as an analysis of competitors and market trends. As a result of the redesign, the “Gündəlik” chain of butcher shops, which carry the “Səba” brand products, received a new name - “Səba ət və süd məhsulları”.
The rebranding was aimed at increasing brand recognition and attracting new customers.

In addition to this, a new marketing strategy was developed, which included conducting promotional campaigns and discounts to attract new customers. An emphasis was also placed on the eco-friendliness and naturalness of the products, which is an important factor for modern consumers. All these measures were aimed at increasing market share and strengthening the brand’s position. An important part of the rebranding was changing the brand’s color palette. Green was chosen as the main color, as it symbolizes the naturalness and purity of the product, which fully reflects the values and philosophy of the “Səba ət və süd məhsulları” brand. This step allowed to further enhance the perception of the brand as environmentally friendly and natural.
