The Project:
This Project is a Group Project. As a team of four we took up the challenge to make it onto one of the Design Rides that do their rounds during the whole duration of the Dutch Design week. The sketches and visualization shown within this project are personal work.
The Design Object:
Following you will get to see the final object as it drove around on the Dutch Design Week. We as the group are immensely proud to have finished this project in the limited time frame and within a very tight budget from our University! I personally want to thank and praise everybody who worked and helped with this project!
The Work:
Arne Klausmann: Plotting and preparation on continent application, cutting of triangles, coloring proposals.
Phil Berghof: Design and crafting of metal stand, modeling, simulation and safety factor calculations.
Ken Nzau: Building of metal stand, management of supplies, research regarding sustainability.
Paul Schröder: Technical dimensioning and crafting of the plywood triangles, modeling, simulation and safety factor calculations.
